We designed the first laser hat jig that allows you to burn all parts of our Gummy Thunk baseball hats. The jig is design to sit on our Gummy Thunk laser hat stand, but it can be used without. For smaller lasers that don’t fit our stands, you can cut your plate to size and add legs of your choice. I include a 10x10 inch jig file for you.

*Our system was designed to work specifically with our blank hats. Our hats were custom made so all parts are able to be flattened. You are able to burn portions of other vegan suede hats using this setup, you are likely to be more limited on burn placement with structured hats. Because the hats are difficult to source, we currently have a limited stock. We expect more colors available around early July.
Using this jig can take some practice and patience when learning how to place your hats correctly, so for extra tips and tricks continue to check our Facebook reels. We will be adding educational content as we go.
