Hi, I'm Sam, and I created the Gummy Thunk Method for laser burning wide brim hats. When I started, there were no YouTube videos, no social media posts, no tutorials, no hacks. Laser burning an entire brim of a wide brim hat just hadn't been done. The closest thing I could find was adding small designs to the edge. But I wanted more. So I spent a year perfecting my method, building a one of a kind Laser Hat Burning Stand, and drawing designs like a madwoman. Seriously, we won't count my drawing hours in the last year.

Since I started posting and sharing, laser hat burning has exploded. A trend was definitely created, and Gummy Thunk is ready to see it through. I created my tutorial so that you don't have to waste time ruining hats and you can jump right into making profitable products. My designs are all made my me, and the majority of them are hand drawn. So while you'll see a lot of knockoffs and recreations, my work is made for artists who want the real deal. No AI errors, no finicky templates, no cleanup needed. Real art, by a real human.
